is my ear lobe piercing normal? *worried*?
im 20 and finally got my ears pierced on friday (11th), they arent swollen or red, and dont hurt-only feel a lil bit sore when i clean them.
i hear so many different views im not sure what is right/wrong
i clean them with boiled then cooled salt water on cotton buds then rinse that off then dab the area dry with kitchen towel or cotton bud stick.. i do this in the morning n in the night. i keep my hair tied up in a bun + with a headband on so no hair can touch the piercings, n i dont fiddle with them atall apart from when cleaning..i dont rotate it alot coz professional piercers say this can damage the ear, i do 1/4 of a turn when i wash them
BUT i thought if u push the earring forwards ur suppose to be able to see the bar that the stud is on, especially as my earlobes r actually ridiculously small/thin lol even the piercer commented on that., but i cant see the bar or the piercing hole atall from any angle even if i push the earring from behind (the stud doesnt move back or forward in my ear, but it does turn round) they arent swollen atall.. do u think the piercer used the wrong type of earring?
also there is no crust atall, i thought crust was meant to form for it to heal?
i was thinkin maybe coz theres NO room between the stud + the lobe, theres nowhere for the fluid to escape?? & i cant clean in there properly??
. im jus really scared of infection or the earring getting embedded :| im soo scared of anythin like this i cant believe i actually finally had it done LOL
