Help with Virgin Mobile Canada?
I signed up for a cell phone back in december, my parents pay the bill btw, but then we went on Vacation, and so the first bill never got paid, when I got back a month ago, and second bill was due, but I couldn't figure out ways to pay it, considering my parents aren't back in the country yet and my mom's too cheap to sign up for the paper bill, so I get my bills sent to my email. So I finally figured out how to pay them, so I wrote the cheque and sent it off to the company paying the two months worth of money. But before I paid, I wasn't able to receive or make calls, nor receive texts or send them out. It's been 10 days since I sent the cheque and my phone is still disabled, what can I do? Should I call the company and explain my sob story to them or should I just wait? I really don't know what to :/
