Could I possibly be ill?
I'm a fourteen year old girl and I already lack sleep, I would sometimes take a nap for an hour or two or sometimes not take a nap at all and sleep at about 1 in the morning ready to get up at 6 in the morning; therefore, my sleeping patterns are irregular as well.
I don't eat a lot and I am not able to finish my lunch most of the times, sometimes, though, I manage to eat a lot in one entire day.
My bowel movement is very irregular and I am very sure that my excrement is not normal, being almost color black and sinking right away.
I have a high intake on meat. I rarely eat vegetables and fruits. I don't drink milk, although, I am about to begin that habit.
I am skinny, I guess I'm underweight as well and I am definitely too short for my age.
Could I possibly have a disease or be ill. Could I just be unhealthy? What can I do to become fit and healthier?
